1. Hosting Refund Policy
Monthly Hosting Plans:
Refund requests for monthly hosting plans are eligible within 3 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided.Yearly Hosting Plans:
Refund requests for yearly hosting plans are eligible within 14 days of purchase. Refunds requested beyond this period will not be honored.
2. Domain Refund Policy
Domains (Standalone or Included in Hosting Packages):
Domains are non-refundable under any circumstances.Domains with Yearly Hosting Packages:
If a yearly hosting package includes a domain, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refund amount. The domain will remain active and available for use until the end of the subscription period.
3. Discount Policy for Refunds
If the client received a discount at the time of purchase and requests a refund, the refund will be for the amount actually paid, even if the discount has since expired.
4. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within the eligible period (3 days for monthly hosting, 14 days for yearly hosting).
- Any included domain costs are deducted from the refund amount for yearly hosting packages.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

NOX Host reserves the right to modify or update this refund and exchange policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
